Craig holds a Bachelor of Law degree with Honours in company law. He practiced as a partner of a prestigious property and commercial law firm before taking up a position as Development Manager of Australia’s largest strata management company.
Craig now specialises in providing assistance to the Body Corporate Managers at QBS through the myriad of complex issues that can arise from time to time. He also advises developers on all aspects of the set-up of strata developments and has consulted to a number of national developers. He is considered an expert in his field and has extensive experience in a wide range of legislation and developments.
Craig is a past Director of the Community Titles Institute of Queensland, where he played an important role in the growth of the industry, given his legal background and extensive strata experience.
James has an extensive journalism and property background and was Property Editor of a national newspaper group. He is an accredited strata manager with SCA Australia and regularly participates in industry forums.
James is responsible for the management of a portfolio of high profile bodies corporate and also assists other Body Corporate Managers within the company in the management of their portfolios. He brings a practical, common sense approach to body corporate management and is respected for his thorough dealings with matters and guiding owners through complex issues.
Samantha has been with QBS since the company’s inception. She has an extensive accounting and bookkeeping background and heads up the Accounts Department.
Samantha has worked with the industry’s leading accounts and record keeping software company. QBS operates the same system and as such she has an intimate understanding of our accounting platform.
Fionna has been involved in the property industry including both strata management and real estate since 1996. She is a Certified strata community manager through SCA Australia and holds a Certificate IV in Property Services (Operations).
Fionna is committed to providing excellent customer service to the buildings under her management and endeavours to always put the best interest of the Body Corporate first.
Sean has seven years experience in strata management both in Queensland and NSW. He is an accredited strata community manager with SCA Australia and regularly attends forums held by the industry body. Sean also has many years experience in report management which assists in his understanding of the overall management of strata buildings.
Sean’s involvement extends to the management of residential, commercial, resort and retirement communities both in Queensland and New South Wales. He has also worked with a number of developers on the set up of strata communities.
Franz has an extensive background in business management prior to entering the strata industry in 2012. He is an accredited Strata Manager through SCA (Qld) and successfully obtained a Certificate IV in Property Services (Operations). He provides Strata Services to all types of Community Title Schemes and strongly believes in managing Bodies Corporate by providing a comprehensive service which is centred around a partnership between the committee, resident manager and the owners.
Nicolle has more than 10 years experience within the Strata Management industry and as such has a comprehensive understanding of body corporate legislation. She holds a Certificate IV in Property Services (Operations) and oversees a diverse portfolio of buildings comprising mixed use, commercial and residential schemes. Nicolle enjoys applying her knowledge of strata legislation to help owners, committees and building managers achieve the very best for their schemes.
Casey has been involved in the Strata industry since 2010 and joined QBS in 2014 as a Strata Manager. She holds her Certificate IV in Property Services (Operations) and is also an accredited Strata Manager through SCA (Qld). Casey specialises in caretaker managed buildings and is also extensively involved in setting up new schemes by working alongside several established developers in Queensland.
